Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes was released on December 18th for PC via Steam.
This video shows the game running flawlessly at 60 fps on my system. The game is being reported as having great PC optimization across the board. The game looks great, and runs great. It is a great PC release, and that almost undoubtedly means that 'The Phantom Pain', which this game is a prequel to, will also run great.
The only issue with the game is that it doesn't allow
